Frequently Asked Questions

1. When can I expect my printed product?
Typically, we say 7 business days for normal turn-around jobs.  Obviously, rush jobs will be handled differently for quicker turnarounds.  Please, let us know as soon as possible if you have a printed job that needs rushed.

2. Do I bring my Sales Tax Exempt form when I pick-up my printing?
If you are eligible to be tax exempt and have your sales tax exempt form, please bring it by when you pick-up your finished printed product.

3. Do you accept major credit cards?
Yes, we do accept major credit cards as well as personal/business checks, cash, and money orders.

4. What are your office hours?
Both our South County and West County locations are open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

5. Do you deliver?  If so, how much does it cost to deliver?
Local deliveries within a 20 mile radius of downtown St. Louis are free.  All other jobs will either be shipped or a fee will be administered for the delivery.

6. Do you charge more for rush ordering?
Yes, we do charge an additional amount for rush ordering.  Please ask the customer service representative about your price if you are rush ordering.

7. What's the difference between presses and digital printers?
Offset and digital presses provide a better quality print than digital printers, however, the turnaround is slower than digital printers. Most people cannot tell the difference between offset and digital prints.

8. Is there a cost breakdown for the more you buy?
Yes, this is for all our printed products.  The more you buy, the more you get for your money.

9. If I bring my printing in can I get it printed right then and there?
Yes, however, it will be a digital print and not offset printing.

10. How long do design proofs take?
Design proof deadlines vary on the amount of projects our design team has and the amount of work the product takes. Our graphic designers will clarify first proof and final deadlines with you when discussing your artwork.

11. Do different types of paper products cost more than others?
Yes.  Depending on the type of weight, stock, and coat, there will be a varying price for each paper product.

12. Do you do out of state and international orders?
Yes, but we will only ship, not deliver.

13. Is there a charge if I do not have press-ready artwork?
Yes, depending on the amount of work we will provide a quote to design your press-ready artwork.

14. I’m a first time customer, do I have to pay up front?
Yes, for any printed artwork or product, you must pay half down.  Design services differ depending on the scale of the job, but for all first time customers there will be percentage that you will have to put down.
